to receive and consider the financial statements of the Food Bank for the fiscal year ended December, 31, 2023

to elect 2024 -2026 Board of Directors

to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting
All members and interested citizens are invited to attend. To become a member, dues in the amount of $1.00 per year are payable. One must be a member in order to cast a vote at the meeting.
